1. The data controller

This policy covers the data processing carried out by BIM Modell Stúdió Kft. (the "Controller") through the bimmodell.hu website.

2. Data processed

Through the contact (quote request) form you may provide the following personal data:

• name;
• email address;
• phone number (optional);
• any further information you voluntarily include in your message;
• data contained in an attached document (drawing or other file), if you upload one.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The purpose of processing is to make contact, provide a quote and conduct the related preliminary discussion.

Legal basis:

• your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form;
• steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We process the data until the quotation process is concluded or — if a contract is signed — until claims arising from the contract lapse; otherwise until you withdraw your consent.

If the enquiry does not lead to a contract, we delete the data after 24 months at the latest, unless a longer retention is required by law.

5. Recipients, processors

We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. The following processors may access the data to provide the service:

• hosting provider: RackForest Zrt. (Victor Hugo utca 11, 5th floor B05001, 1132 Budapest, Hungary; tax no.: 32056842-2-41; phone: +36 1 211 0044);
• the website is operated and maintained by the Controller itself; no external partner is involved.

6. Transfer to third countries

The Controller does not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area, unless justified by the processor used; in such a case the transfer takes place with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

7. Cookies

The website uses storage necessary for its operation: your language choice and cookie-consent decision are remembered in your browser (localStorage); these cannot identify you.

For audience measurement we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.), which only sets cookies with your prior consent — you can give consent via the cookie bar shown on the site and withdraw it at any time by clearing your browser’s stored site data. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set.

8. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights in relation to the processing:

• access to your processed data;
• rectification;
• erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing;
• data portability;
• withdrawal of consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

9. Remedies

You can submit your request to info@bimmodell.hu; we will respond within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe our processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or turn to a court.

10. Data security

The Controller ensures the security and protection of personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion or destruction.

11. Changes to this policy

The Controller reserves the right to amend this policy unilaterally. The current version is always available on the website.
